For example, we ask them if they liked the builder, what they enjoyed about using it, what they didn’t like, and so on to gain a real-life picture of the platform’s qualities.
We then analyze this feedback to better understand customers’ experiences. When testing ease of use and customer satisfaction, we always get groups of everyday people to test the builders out and give us feedback on how they found using the blogging platform. In addition to this blogging-focused research, we also tested the usual areas we explore when rating website builders: In short, we look at how well each platform delivers these features rather than just ticking a box yes or no. Can you monitor comments before approving them?.Can you create members-only commenting?.Can you manage the comments settings, such as turning them off or on again?.Instead we have a list of questions to determine how much functionality each platform provides.
